Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the Telco Flow mobile app, also labelled Telco Luthier inside the app. The app is published by Isabella Porter, an independent developer ("we", "us"). It explains what information the app handles, where that information is kept, and what choices you have.

Telco Flow is a measurement calculator and record book for instrument makers. It does not need to know who you are to do its work, so it does not ask.

What the app keeps, and where

When you use Telco Flow, the app saves the following in its own private storage on your phone or tablet:

• The dimensions you enter for each build, such as body outline, scale, bridge placement and plate sizes.
• The figures the app calculates: body, bridge, f-hole, arch (top and back) and air-volume measurements.
• Build names, dates and any notes you add to a spec sheet.
• Basic app settings, such as preferred units.

This information is used only to run the calculations and to show your saved builds when you reopen them. It is not uploaded to us, and we cannot see it, read it or recover it.

What we never collect

The app store you downloaded from (Apple App Store or Google Play) may collect its own data about downloads and purchases under its own privacy policy. We receive only aggregate, anonymous statistics from them, such as total install counts.

Device permissions

Telco Flow needs no special permissions to calculate or save builds. If you choose to export a spec sheet, your operating system may show a file picker or share sheet. The app uses that only at that moment and only for the file you pick.

Backups and sharing

If device backup is turned on, for example iCloud Backup or Google's Android backup, your operating system may include the app's saved builds in that backup. That backup is handled by Apple or Google under their privacy terms, not by us.

If you share or export a spec sheet, for example to send it to a customer or to keep it on your computer, it goes wherever you send it. Once it has left the app, the recipient's or service's own policies apply.

When you email us

If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, such as screenshots or measurements. We use it only to answer you. We keep that correspondence for as long as it's needed to resolve your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than 24 months, and we never add you to a mailing list.

The form on our Support page does not transmit anything. It only shows a confirmation in your browser. To actually reach us, use the email link on that page.

Deletion, your rights and children

Deleting data. You can delete any saved build inside the app. If you uninstall Telco Flow, all of its locally stored data is removed from the device. Copies in your own device backups or exports are not affected. Because we hold none of your build data, we can't access, correct or delete it for you, and we don't need to.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or California privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data held about you. The only personal data we could hold is support email. Write to us and we will act on your request within 30 days.

Children. Telco Flow is a general workshop tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

If the app ever starts handling data differently, for example by adding optional cloud sync, we will update this page and change the effective date before that feature ships. Material changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
