Before you write: four quick checks
- Confirm the units setting (mm or inches) matches the numbers you entered.
- Reopen the build from your saved list to make sure you're viewing the latest spec sheet.
- Update to the latest version of the app from your app store.
- Note your device model, OS version and which calculation step looks wrong.

Why did my bridge figures change after I edited the body?BODY
That's intended. Bridge, f-hole, arch and air-volume figures are all calculated from the body plan in the same build, so changing the body recalculates the parts that depend on it. That's how the spec sheet stays in sync instead of drifting.
How exact are the arch and air-volume numbers?ARCH
They are planning figures calculated from the dimensions you enter. Treat them as targets to carve and check against, not as a substitute for your own measurements. Wood density, moisture and plate thickness will always affect the real result. See Part TF-03 of the Terms.
Where are my saved builds stored?RECORDS
Only on your device. There is no account or cloud copy on our side, which also means we can't recover a build for you. Keep device backups turned on, or export important spec sheets. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Can I move my builds to a new phone?TRANSFER
Restoring your new device from a backup of the old one (iCloud on iPhone, Google backup on Android) normally brings the app's data with it. You can also export spec sheets from the old device and keep them as files.
I deleted a build by mistake. Can it be restored?UNDO
Not from our side, because we never had a copy. If you have an older device backup, restoring it may bring the build back, but it will also replace anything newer, so think it through first.
Does the app work offline in the shop?OFFLINE
Yes. Every calculation and saved record works without an internet connection.
Can I suggest a new calculation or instrument type?IDEAS
Please do. Send a work order with the subject "Feature idea" and describe the instrument and the measurement you'd like to see. Sketches with dimensions help a lot.
